The second chakra or sacral chakra is the area of movement and connection. Through movement of your physical body, you become in touch with the language of your senses. These are an essential link between your inner world and your outer world. Sensate experiences are simultaneously physical, emotional, and spiritual. Your senses help you to differentiate between pleasure and pain. It is only through movement that your consciousness expands and only through change that is it stimulated.
